HOURS OF OPERATION

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday between 8AM-9PM CDT. If you contact us outside of business hours, it is indefinite that you will be replied to, however, this is not likely, and we'll try to reply when available.

Business days do not include weekends!

PAYMENT

After payment is processed and confirmation email has been sent of purchase, sales are final, and refunds are not available. If there are any issues pertaining to our end, an agreement on a refund will be put in place.

TURNAROUND TIME

All services (except YouTube Thumbnail designs) have a turnaround time of 3-12 business days. Once you have sent the information for me to start on your order. The turnaround will begin 24 hours after your booking. For YouTube Thumbnail designs, turnaround is 24-48 hours.

RUSH FEE

If you have added a Rush Fee service to your booking, you will receive your project in 2-5 business days, opposed to 3-12 business days. For YouTube Thumbnails, if you pay for the Thumbnail Rush Fee service, you will receive your project within 24 hours on the first business day.

REVISIONS/REVISION TIME

If revisions are discussed for your project, you will receive 3 free Revisions, after that, it is a $10 revision fee. However, if it is an error on our end, the revision will not count as one of your free revisions. Changing certain elements of the design, such as

color, font choice, pictures/videos are permitted, but changing the overall design and re-creating the whole draft for a revision service is not permitted. Another purchase of the service will have to be made to re-create a new design. After I have sent the final draft, there will be no more revisions available!
